NOX - Winkas integration

Software for integration between Winkas booking system and NOX.

Can transfer booking data from Winkas to NOX, both one-day and seasonal bookings.

Booking data is transferred when there is a match between Access Groups in Winkas and User Profiles in NOX.

Example:

An Access Group in Winkas is called “A-Member”, therefore a User Profile must be created in NOX with the same name, i.e. “A-Member” in order to exchange booking information between the systems.

The NOX User Profile must contain the access rights to doors and alarm areas that are necessary for an “A-Member” to enter and exit. Multiple Access Groups are supported in the integration.

The data that is moved is the following:

• ID (Unique booking number)
• Member number (If it is a seasonal booking)
• Booking time period from/to

The User Profile is determined by the name of the Access Group, e.g. “A-Member”
